Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Helpful Hippie Collective is offered as a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month membership paid in full at the time of enrollment. Because access to community spaces, resources, and programming is provided immediately, all sales are non-refundable.
Members may choose to discontinue participation at any time; however, unused time within the membership period is not eligible for a refund or credit.
Memberships do not automatically renew. Members will be invited to renew near the end of their term.
In rare circumstances (such as significant life events), requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of the practice. Approval of any exception is not guaranteed.
